📅 Submission Deadlines (Important)

Your completed slides must be emailed back to us by the deadline below for your selected Mini Live:

• February Mini Live (Feb 28): Slides due February 20

• March Mini Live (March 28): Slides due March 20

• May Mini Live (May 30): Slides due May 22

• June Mini Live (June 27): Slides due June 19

📌 Late submissions may not be included and could be deferred to a future month.

Mini Lives – Terms & Conditions

By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in Mini Lives, a monthly event hosted on YouTube (excluding major festival months):

📧 Communication & Acceptance

• I understand that all event communication will be sent via email.

• I am responsible for checking my inbox and spam/junk folders for acceptance notifications, next steps, deadlines, and updates.

• Failure to respond to emails may result in my exclusion from that month’s Mini Live.

📅 Content Deadlines

• I understand that all content must be submitted by the stated monthly deadline provided in my acceptance email.

• Late submissions are not guaranteed inclusion and may be deferred to a future month.

🔁 Returning Authors

• Returning authors will receive an updated template for each Mini Live.

• I may reuse previous content or submit new material, provided:

  • My featured book and giveaway/game are updated for that month.

✨ New Authors

• If this is my first Mini Live, I understand that I will be sent Author Guidelines outlining:

  • Slide requirements

  • Branding rules

  • Deadlines

  • Content expectations

• I agree to read these guidelines carefully before submitting my materials.

🎥 Content Rules & Limitations

• Each author is limited to the designated number of slides outlined in the Mini Lives template.

• Authors may include book trailers if available.

• All content is subject to review. I understand I may be asked to make edits to meet formatting, branding, or platform requirements.

🔄 Monthly Participation Limits

• I understand that:

  • Authors may not participate three months in a row.

  • After two consecutive months, I must take at least one month off before reapplying.

• Author slots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis once complete slides are received.

🚫 Cancellations & Withdrawals

• A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required if I need to withdraw from a scheduled Mini Live.

• Payments and service fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Withdrawing after production work, advertising, or sponsored content has been paid for may require reimbursement, payable within 7 days.

• Failure to settle outstanding invoices may result in removal from future events.

📢 Promotion & Engagement

• I agree to:

  • Make a minimum of three (3) promotional posts supporting the Mini Live.

  • Tag official Fables channels in at least one post, where applicable.

• I understand that participation requires joining designated communication channels (e.g., Discord or group chats) for updates.

• Leaving required communication spaces may result in removal from that month’s event.

⚠️ Compliance & Final Acknowledgement

• I understand that:

  • No repeated reminders will be sent.

  • Slides that do not follow the provided guidelines may be excluded without warning.

• By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above.

• I acknowledge that incorrect submission, failure to meet deadlines, or non-compliance does not entitle me to a refund.
