- I will check my email (and junk/spam folder) for the acceptance email. This will contain next steps and important information regarding the event.
- I understand that all content is due no later than January 1st to allow adequate time for formatting, scheduling, and promotion.
- I may request a content template to complete myself, or alternatively, I can submit text only along with book images, and the event team will handle layout and formatting.
- If I would like the team to fully create and manage my slides, including setup, content formatting, interactive games, and other assets, I acknowledge there is a service fee. This fee helps cover advertising costs for the event and ensures my materials are professionally handled.

🎞️ Festival Slide Reminders:
Each author is allowed 10 slides for the January event. If you need help with ideas or aren't sure what to include, refer to the attached Author Guidelines.
📅 ALL CONTENT IS DUE BY JANUARY 1ST! You have a few options for submitting your slides:
- ✅ DIY: Request a template from us and design your own slides
- 🎁 Fully Managed Option: Want us to handle everything — setup, slide design, content, games, and more? This option includes an $50 service fee, which goes toward advertising and promotion of the event.
I acknowledge that once submitted, my content will be reviewed and I will be notified of any required edits or adjustments.
🚫 Cancellations & Dropouts
Life happens — but chaos has limits.
Minimum notice: 3 days before the festival begins.
Pulling out after the festival has started (especially after your song/ad has been paid for) will result in permanent removal from future events and the Discord server.
If music, visuals, or advertising have been paid for prior to your withdrawal, you’ll be invoiced for reimbursement and must settle within 7 days.
Please note — this festival does not require constant live participation. If an emergency arises, you can excuse yourself quietly; there’s no need to withdraw entirely.
Promotion & Engagement
Minimum three (3) promotional posts advertising the festival.
You must join both the Facebook group chat and the Discord server for updates and coordination.
Upon receiving this email, please reply within two weeks to confirm your attendance.
